To order Pain Relief Pads, visit www.biowave.com.
1. Click on Products Tab
2. Click on BioWaveGO-BUY NOW
3. Scroll down to bottom of page and click on Reorder Pain Relief Pads
Or go to https://shop.biowave.com/products/pain-relief-pads

For RX customers who would like to order more pads:

1. Ask if they received their unit from VA or Workers comp.

If yes:

a: VA/Active Military-to the customer to reach out to their provider who issues it and let them know they need more

b: If Workers Comp-tell the customer to reach out to their Dr./Case manager about obtaining more.

If No: (customer didn't purchase through VA/Active military or workers comp)

a. RX sales team will purchase for them.

b. create ticket for Group: Military (VA/Active military) or Pain Mgmt. (workers comp)
