Ask the customer the following questions:
1. Where did you purchase the device? Ie: Amazon, web page, ebay etc.
2. Can I please have your name, email & Order # (if they don't have order # handy this is okay-although we prefer to have one if possible)
3. Instruct Customer that you will have our Operations team review order and follow up within 24 hrs.
4. Apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure them that we will follow ASAP
5. Thank customer for purchasing a GO unit
6. Enter information in "Logistics" Ticket.
7. This ticket will automatically send to Anthony at Corporate-Customer Escalation
