2. "Military" Ticket for VA/Active Military (Home Unit)

3. "BioWave Sports" Ticket for Sports teams (PRO unit)

4. "Pain Mgmt." Ticket for Pain Mgmt. (Home Unit)

Instruct Customer that you will have our Operations team review order and follow up within 24 hrs.
