BioWave Corporation warranties its products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE year from the date of original purchase. If your BioWave product fails during the warranty period, we will replace the product at no charge to the customer. If the customer would like to create a warranty claim let them know we are going to:
- Replace their unit at no charge with our Zero Downtime Warranty.
- Once they get their replacement unit, we ask that they send back the malfunctioning unit with the enclosed prepaid return shipping label.
