  1. If Damaged/Dropped/LCD blue backlight is on, but no white characters appear: HOME UNIT

Ask customer to see if LCD screen is sitting ¼” low behind the clear plexiglass cover.  Dark space may appear above the top of the LCD screen.  If so unit need to be returned or repaired at their VA/Dr. office.

  1. If Battery:

Ask the customer: “Have you charged the unit for at least 3 hrs.?

Yes? And still not working.. Do you see a battery icon on the lower left of screen?   If yes, you will need to return unit and receive a new one, please follow up with your “Dr.”

No- please charge for 3 hrs. and let us know if you still have an issue.

  1. Power Issue: Ask the following questions:

Are all cables attached correctly?

Please check to make sure the power source is working?

  1. Pads/Leads Wires:  
    1. Make sure the lead wires are connected to top of unit, press release button to disconnect.  Three icons on the LCD display indicate error condition in lower right hand corner.
